NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that Dena R. Reed is

the Successor Trustee of The 1995 Bennett

Trust and that Richard Bennett, the Grantor

and initial Co-Trustee of said Trust died on

June 26, 2023, being at the time of his death a

resident of Nevada, and that Mary Lou Bennett

the Grantor and initial Co-Trustee of said Trust

died on June 30, 2023, being at the time of her

death a resident of Nevada. A creditor having

a claim against the Grantors and the trust

estate must file a claim with the undersigned

at the address given below within ninety (90)

days after first publication of this Notice.
