NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that KATRINA

ALLMETT, by and through her counsel,

JEPSEN & McMENOMY, PLLC, has filed

in this Court a Verified Petition for Probate

of Estate, for Issuance of Letters of Administration

and for Full Authority to Administer

Estate in the Estate of SHARON ANN HALA,

deceased, and a hearing has been set for

the 2nd day of May, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in

Department I, Douglas County Courthouse,

located at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden,

Nevada 89423. All persons interested in said

matter are referred to the above Petition for

further details and are further notified to appear

at the time and place and show cause, if

any they have, why the Petition should not be

granted. The Petition requests full authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the Estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause

is shown why it should not be.
