NOTICE OF HEARING ON VERIFIED

PETITION FOR PROBATE AND ISSUANCE

OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ANGELA

MILLER, the Petitioner and proposed

Co-Administrator of the Estate of Cynthia

Butterfield, deceased, having filed in this

Court, and served upon all interested persons,

the Verified Petition for Probate and Issuance

of Letters of Administration (“Petition”); the

hearing of the Petition has been fixed by the

Court for the 15th day of January, 2024 at

1:30 p.m. at the courthouse at 1038 Buckeye

Road, Minden, Nevada, in Department II; and

all persons interested in the said estate are

notified to appear at the hearing and show

cause, if they have any, why the Petition

should not be approved. The Petition requests

authority to administer the estate under

the Independent Administration of Estates

Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court

approval for many actions taken in connection

with the estate. However, before taking certain

actions, the administrator(s) will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.
