NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Petitioner ELAINE JUNGERS MCNEILL, has

filed with this Court a “Petition for Probate

of Will, to Issue Letters Testamentary, for

Authorization to Administer the Estate under

the Independent Administration of Estates Act

with Full Authority” and has set the matter for

a hearing on the 20th day of March, 2023, at

1:30 p.m. in Department II, at the courthouse

of the above-entitled court located at 1038

Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, County of

Douglas. All persons interested in the estate

are notified to appear and show cause why

the petition should not be granted.

The petition requests authority to administer

the estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need

to obtain approval for many actions taken in

connection with the estate. However, before

taking certain actions, the personal representative

will be required to give notice to

interested persons unless they have waived

notice or have consented to the proposed

action. Independent administration authority

will be granted unless good cause is shown

why it should not be.
