Notice is hereby given that Richard J.
Peters Jr. is the duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of the Richard and Roberta
Peters Living Trust, UTD June 2, 2011. Settlor
Roberta Peters died on July 2, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor
or Trust Estate must file a claim with Richard
J. Peters, Jr., Successor Trustee, 1643
Esmeralda Avenue, Minden, NV 89423, within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
