Q&D Construction, LLC has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Gardnerville Ranchos General Improvement District (GRGID) in Gardnerville, Nevada. Estimated project timeline is January 2024 – June 2024.

NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 -whichever is greater- must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580. The submission of a materially incomplete or falsified application for qualification by an applicant or failure to disclose information required in the application may be grounds for disqualification.
