 ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION 

CVSC Concession Storage Addition & East Side Expansion 

Plenium Builders has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Carson Valley Swim Center Concession Storage Addition & East Side Expansion.

The project consists of: 

Addition for concession storage into the existing mechanical yard. 

Addition to the lobby with new glazing system and existing lobby slab to be removed and replaced with new floor drains. 

Trades required are selective demolition, CIP concrete, reinforcing steel, masonry, structural steel, insulation, roofing, DFH, storefront, metal framing / drywall & acoustic systems, flooring, paint, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, electrical, earthwork. 

Total approximate budget for construction is $1,300,000. 

Bid documents are anticipated October 2023 for qualified subcontractors. 

Construction start December 2023.

NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580. 

The submission of a materially incomplete or falsified application for qualification by an applicant and failure to disclose information required in the application may be grounds for the disqualification of the applicant.
