TO: ALL PERSONS HOLDING MECHANIC’S
LIENS UPON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
HEREIN:
ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming
a lien or liens under the provision of NRS
108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, upon
that real property in Douglas County, Nevada,
described as follows:
191 Foothill Drive, Zephyr Cove, Nevada
89448, with a Douglas County APN of
1318-10-317-004.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the
above-named Plaintiff has commenced an
action on a Complaint against the abovenamed
Defendant to enforce a Notice of
Lien recorded in Douglas County, Nevada as
Document Number 2022-988149 in the Office
of the Douglas County Recorder, in the total
amount $262,720.82, plus interest, attorneys’
fees, and costs.
All persons holding or claiming liens under
the provisions of NRS 108.221 through
108.246, inclusive, on any of the above-described
premises, are hereby notified to file
written statements of the facts constituting
their liens, together with the date and
amounts thereof, with the Clerk of the Ninth
Judicial District Court for Douglas County, Nevada,
and to serve the same on the Plaintiff
in care of Philip Mannelly, Esq. of McDONALD
CARANO LLP, 100 W. Liberty St., 10th
Floor, Reno, Nevada 89501, and also on the
Defendant at P.O. Box 11162, Zephyr Cove,
Nevada 89448 and 1485 Edris Drive, Los
Angeles, California 90035, within a reasonable
time after the date of the last publication
of this Notice.
