NOTICE OF LIEN

TO: James D. Nichols, 115 Willow Drive,

Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448

Pursuant to NRS Chapter 108, the undersigned,

Stellar Aviation of Carson City, a Nevada

limited liability company claims lien upon

the property described in this notice for work,

materials, storage, and or/ parts furnished for

the improvement and maintenance of the airplane

identified as Beech A23 serial number

M-620 (“Airplane”).

1. The total amount of the amounts owed for

storage on the Airplane: $11,385.00, due in

full as of January 19, 2023.

2. The total amount of all payments received

to date is: $0.00.

3. The name of the last known owner of the

property is: James D. Nichols, 115 Willow

Drive, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448.

4. The name of the company/person by

whom the lien claimant was employed or to

whom the lien claimant furnished or agreed to

furnish work, materials, storage, or equipment

is: James D. Nichols, 115 Willow Drive,

Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448.

5. A brief statement of the terms of payment of

the lien claimant’s contract is: Airplane Owner

was required to make payment within 30

days of billing. Airplane Owner has failed

to make any payments despite demand on

this account for more than 120 days.

6. A description of the airplane to be held

pursuant to the lien is: Beech A23 serial

number M-620 (“Airplane”).

7. Demand is hereby made that $11,385.00

be paid in full, and any further amounts that

may accrue on or by March 24, 2023.

8. If payment is not made by March 7, 2023

the Airplane will be advertised for sale and

sold by auction at a specified time and place

to be determined.
