NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF LIEN TO: ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming an interest, including but not limited to, those holding or claiming a lien or liens under the provisions of NRS 108.221 through NRS 108.246, inclusive, upon that real property in Douglas County, State of Nevada, more particularly described as: 

LOT 12, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF UNIT ONE PIONEER TRAIL RANCH SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER ON NOVEMBER 21, 1966 IN BOOK 1 OF MAPS AS DOCUMENT NO. 34628. 

And also known as 272 Water Canyon Road, Genoa, Nevada, 89411, Assessor’s Parcel Number 1319-10-311-006, are notified to file with the Clerk of the Ninth Judicial District Court, Douglas County, Nevada and serve on Plaintiff, in care of Kara M. Hayes, Post Office Box 3390, Stateline, NV 89449, and Defendants, a written statement of facts constituting their liens, including the dates and amounts thereof, within ten (10) days after the last publication of this Notice. 

On or about October 11, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Complaint against the defendants in the above-entitled Court to foreclose a Lien recorded July 29, 2022, as Document Number 2022-987974 of the Official Records of Douglas County, Nevada, against the real property described as Assessor’s Parcel Number 1319-10-311-006.

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned hereby affirms that this document does not contain the personal information or social security number of any person.
