On 12/1/2022, The Douglas County Board of Commissioners INTRODUCED the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE: 2022-1611
TITLE: An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 93-593 which approved the original Carson Valley Business Park Development Agreement on June 3, 1993; and Ordinance 98-829 which approved the First Amendment to the Carson Valley Business Park on May 7, 1998.
SUMMARY: An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 93-593 which approved the original Carson Valley Business Park Development Agreement on June 3, 1993; and Ordinance 98-829 which approved the First Amendment to the Carson Valley Business Park on May 7, 1998. The repeal is appropriate given the fact that all obligations under the Development Agreement (as amended) by all parties thereto have been met, and as a result the Development Agreement should be formally terminated. Formal termination occurs by repealing the ordinances adopting the Development Agreement and any subsequent amendments thereto.
The 2nd Reading of this Ordinance will be held on 1/19/2023. A copy of this ordinance is on file in the Clerk’s Office for public review.
