APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93118
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 9th day of November 2023 Wade and Suzanne Sears of Minden, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 1.0 acre foot, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim #274DCR of the Alpine Decree. Water will be diverted from the East Fork of the Carson River at a point located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 10, T12N, R20E, MDB&M. Water will be used for instream flow to replace captured water by the well purposes as decreed. Water was used as decreed.
