APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92096
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of August 2022 Hollister Family Trust dated August 6, 1998, F. Graham Hollister, Jr., and Joyce A. Hollister, Trustees of Genoa, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 0.023 c.f.s., 2.0 a.f.a, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 26377, Certificate 7989. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 3, T13N, R19E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 3 bears S 33 degrees 55 minutes 29 seconds W, a distance of 3,213.76 feet (approx. 1 mile North of Genoa, NV). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
