APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 92109
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 26th day of August 2022 CCT Founders LLC of Santa Barbara, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 2.23 c.f.s., 274.36 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 84755. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 19, T10N, R23E, MDB&M or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 19 bears N 78 degrees 26 minutes E, a distance of 731.1 feet (approx. 5 miles SW of Wellington, NV). Water will be used for recreation and wildlife enhancement purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 25, T10N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of Section 26, T10N, R22E, MDB&M bears S 69 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds E, a distance of 5,018.20 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
