NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th day of March 2022 Joaquin Bear LLC of Aptos, California made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place of use of 0.048 c.f.s., 0.993 a.f.a, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 47318. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 18, T10N, R22E, MDB&M or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 18 bears N 26 degrees 52 minutes 28 seconds E, a distance of 2,161.46 feet (approx. 9.5 miles West of Wellington, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
