by DEBRA HAYS VAUGHN aka DEBRA

LYNN TALLON (“Petitioner”), acting through

her attorney, Natalia K. Vander Laan, Esq. of

Vander Laan Law Firm LLC, requesting that

the Court legally change Petitioner’s present

name of Debra Lynn Tallon to the new name

DEBRA HAYS VAUGHN. Petitioner submitted

a statement signed under penalty of perjury

that Petitioner is not seeking a name change

for any illegal purpose. Any opposition to

this Petition should be filed with the aboveentitled

Court within ten (10) days of the final

publication of this Notice.
