NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that VICKY
JENSEN BELL has petitioned the Court
for an Order assigning and setting aside
the Estate of JESSICA LANDES JENSEN,
Deceased, without administration pursuant
to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has
set the matter for a hearing on the 14th day of
November, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., in Department
II of the Ninth Judicial District Court in Minden,
Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set
aside to VICKY JENSEN BELL, outright.
The matter will be approved without further
hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not
need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
