NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FRANK
ANGELO YARWASKY has filed a Petition For
a Waiver of Account, for Approval of Fees and
Costs and For Decree of Final Distribution of
the Estate of CAROLYN JUNE YARWASKY,
and has set the matter for a hearing on this
14th day of November, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.,
in Department II of the Ninth Judicial District
Court in Minden, Nevada.
A copy of said Petition will be mailed
together with this Notice.
The Petition includes a request for approval
of total attorney’s fees plus the costs
advanced and anticipated in the sum of Six
Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and 00/100
Dollars ($6,215.00) to Vander Laan Law Firm,
LLC.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
