NOTICE OF HEARING ON VERIFIED

PETITION FOR PROBATE AND ISSUANCE

OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

(GENERAL ADMINISTRATION)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Katherine

Edwards, the proposed Administrator of the

Estate of Paulette Marie Coble, deceased,

having filed in this Court, and served upon

the deceased’s beneficiaries and interested

persons, the Verified Petition for Probate

and Issuance of Letters of Administration

(“Petition”); the hearing of the Petition has

been fixed by the Court for the 14th day of

June, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at the courthouse

at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden, Nevada, in

Department I; and all persons interested in

the said estate are notified to appear at the

hearing and show cause, if they have any,

why the Petition should not be approved. The

Petition requests authority to administer the

estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to

obtain court approval for many actions taken

in connection with the estate. However,

before taking certain actions, the personal

representative will be required to give notice

to interested persons unless they have waived

notice or have consented to the proposed

action. Independent administration authority

will be granted unless good cause is shown

why it should not be.
