NOTICE OF HEARING ON VERIFIED

PETITION FOR PROBATE; GENERAL

ADMINISTRATION; APPOINTMENT OF

PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE; AND

ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF

TESTAMENTARY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gina

Kasper, the proposed Personal Representative

of the Estate of Mary Jo Anne Holdorf,

deceased, having filed in this Court, and

served upon the deceased’s beneficiaries,

the Verified Petition for Probate; General

Administration; Appointment of Personal

Representative; and Issuance of Letters of

Testamentary (“Petition”); the hearing of the

Petition has been fixed by the Court for the

28th day of November, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at

the courthouse at 1038 Buckeye Road, Minden,

Nevada, in Department II; and all persons

interested in the said estate are notified to

appear at the hearing and show cause, if

they have any, why the Petition should not be

approved. The Petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.
