The Douglas County Courthouse.
All services have been restored to the Douglas County Historic Courthouse networks and phones. All departments who were affected are now able to receive phone calls.
The historic Douglas County Courthouse is currently experiencing a network and phone outage that is affecting all county departments located within that building.
Due to the outage, those departments are not able to receive any calls, but they are able to receive email communication. To reach the affected departments, please use the corresponding email addresses listed below until this technical issue is resolved:

The county’s web site is also operating, though the Assessor’s Office is experiencing an outage for its assessment, sales, and personal property data websites.
This has been caused by hardware issues and the office staff is working with the county IT team and appropriate vendors in hopes that the outage can be quickly resolved.
Currently, there is no estimated time on a resolution.
