NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that KEVIN D. HIGGINS is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of
the Higgins Family Trust, dated April 17, 2000,
and any amendments thereto. Settlor DAVID EDWARD HIGGINS died on April 7, 2019. Settlor and surviving spouse, JUDITH ELEANOR HIGGINS, died on July 3, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the
undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
