NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to NRS 164.025, notice is hereby given that CHRISTY LYNN STINSON is the duly
appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of
the Howdle Trust, dated June 2, 1990, and any
amendments thereto. Settlor RICHARD ALLEN HOWDLE died on July 1, 2020. Settlor and surviving spouse, GEORGIA CHARLENE HOWDLE, died on April 18, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor(s) or Trust Estate(s) must file a claim with the undersigned at the address below within ninety (90) days of date of the first publication of this
Notice.
