Public Hearing
A meeting of the Water Conveyance Advisory Committee will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 4:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Minden Inn, at 1594 Esmeralda Avenue, Room 306, Minden, NV 89423. The Water Conveyance Advisory Committee reserves the right to: take items in a different order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove items from the agenda; and/or delay discussions relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

For possible action. Discussion on irrigation, drainage and water facilities which may be impacted by a request to develop an agricultural nursery, greenhouse, outside growing area and retail store. The site is located on a 19.4 Acre parcel at 2310 Heybourne Road in Minden (APN: 1320-08- 001-021). The applicant is Scott Gescheider. DP 22-0035 Moana Nursery.
For possible action. Discussion on irrigation, drainage and water facilities which may be impacted by a request to create three(3) Agricultural 2 to 5 Acre parcels from the parent parcel located at an unassigned address on Waterloo Lane (APN: 1220-07-001-030). The applicant is Todd Gansberg. DP 22-0084 Gansberg Tentative Parcel Map
For discussion only. Update on maintenance agreement along a portion of the Martin Slough Multimodal Trail.
