Carlos Raul O’Neill, age 83, passed away on August 7, 2013 in Reno, Nevada.
He was born Feb. 27, 1930 in San Turce, Puerto Rico to Manuel and Mercedes Iglesias O’Neill.
Carlos served 27 years in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Rocio and daughter, Karen, both of Fallon; son, Carlos Jr. (Jessie) of El Paso, TX; daughters, Susan Enney of Las Vegas, NV and Kathleen Taylor of Boise, ID; sister, Lottie Hutchinson of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Marianne Taylor, Patrick, Kelly, Stephen and Jillian O’Neill.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 9, 2013 at 11 a. m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fallon.
Visitation will be held also on Friday, August 9th from 1-4 p. m. at the Smith Family Funeral Home, 505 Rio Vista Dr. in Fallon.
Inurnment will be held later at the Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley, Nevada.
