Jacqueline Delores Haynes House, 83, passed away September 5, 2013. Jackie, as everyone called her, was born in Portland, OR on August 25, 1930 to Frank Haynes and Arleta Bell Haynes.
She married her husband, James Wesley Lee House, on December 25, 1947 in Reno, NV. They had two children, Steven Lee House and James Robert House. She has been a Dayton, NV resident for 44 years.
Jackie was one of the most kind-hearted and hard-working women you could find. You could always count on her to make you laugh. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; her father, Frank; her mother, Arleta; her sister, Dorothy; and her brother, Donald.
She is survived by her fur-baby, Sara; her children: Steve (Sharon) House and Jim (Diana) House; her grandchildren: Donnie (Lois) House, Steve (Marie) House, Jeff House, Angela Emeterio, Shane SanEmeterio, Cliff LaVoy, and Amanda (Thomas) Bailie; as well as 13 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson.
Services will be held on September 13th at 10:00 am at Fitzhenry’s Funeral Home in Carson City.
