The Topaz Sagehens awarded five $500 scholarships to Douglas High School graduates at a luncheon at the Carson Valley Country Club on May 12. Sagehens, graduates, and their parents enjoyed lunch, shared plans after graduation, and won raffle prizes.
The scholarships were made possible thanks to community support at the Sagehen's annual fall boutique and spring rummage sale.
