Multiple emergency crews are responding to a large fire near the runaway truck ramp at the intersection of State Route 431 and State Route 28 in Incline Village, according to police scanner traffic.
"We have a truck that is into a house that has started a structure fire," said North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District Assistant Chief Greg McKay, according to the scanner.
The accident occurred at 8:13 a.m. according to the Nevada Highway Patrol Web site. The highway patrol is also handling an injury accident at Carson and Telegraph streets in Carson City.
