Former Douglas County commissioner and ex-Chamber president elect Steve Weissinger is scheduled to be in East Fork Justice Court this afternoon to deal with a DUI he got back in February. Also in court today, James Matlean, the man accused of killing Ben Oxley.

The Young Chautauquans will be performing 5-7 p.m. today at Mormon Station State Historic Park in Genoa. The program is sponsored by the Douglas County Historical Society.
