Dance Workshop present Cinderella story in Carson

The Dance Workshop's production of "The Clock Strikes Twelve" is 7 p.m. June 21 and 22 at the Bob Boldrick Theater in the Carson Community Center.

A spoof on the classic Cinderella story, "The Clock Strikes Twelve" is a tale of an African prince who needs to find a bride or lose his kingdom. He comes to Carson City to host a '50s sock hop and find the girl of his dreams.

The show features 175 dancers from ages 3 to 50 years performing ballet, tap, jazz, ballroom and contemporary style. The show has toe-tapping tunes to appeal to all ages.

Tickets are $15 and are available at the Dance Workshop, 1697 County Road, Minden, and at the door. Information, 782-8717.
