Charles E. Frager died Sunday, May 30, 2010, after a 10-year battle with cancer.
Born in Pleasanton, Calif., on Dec 21, 1938, he was a 17-year resident of Carson Valley. A heavy equipment operator, he retired in 2000.
He is survived by June, his wife of 15 years, brother George, a sister and three daughters all in California as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
At his request, there will be no services.
