Man held on Indiana warrant

A Gardnerville man is being held in Douglas County Jail on a fugitive warrant out of Indiana.

Brandon Dale Lowry, 34, was arrested on the warrant at his Gardnerville home. The warrant alleges a probation violation on a charge of intimidation.

Lowry waived his right to fight extradition. Justice of the Peace Tom Perkins gave Indiana authorities 10 days to come get Lowry. He said that if they haven't contacted Douglas in that time, he would bring him back before the court.
