A 19-year-old woman is scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Douglas County District Court on one count of burglary. Jessica Lynn Amerson, 19, is accused of stealing jewelry from family members. She was arrested in May. The 19-year-old man who was arrested with her, Benjamin A. Cecchettini, was sent to regimental boot camp last week as part of his probation.

The Nevada Highway Patrol is working a non-injury accident at Warrior Way and Highway 50 this morning. The accident was reported at 5:33 a.m. and may cause minor delays.

The Carson Valley Art Association's experimental group meets 10 a.m. today to learn about working with sculpey clay. The artists meet at the UNR Cooperative Extension across Waterloo from Lampe Park. For more information call Ron Clarke at 782-8035.

The low temperature has hit the freezing mark in places this morning. A sensor in Genoa Canyon is showing 32 degrees, but down in the Valley we've got temperatures ranging from 36 in Minden to 42 in Genoa. Meneley Elementary's weather gauge is showing 41 degrees.

There wasn't that much rain in the Valley on Sunday, so the chances of severe fog are lower this morning. Watch out for it on the commute to Reno, particularly in Washoe and Pleasant valleys.
