The southbound lanes of Highway 395 just north of Waterloo Lane are blocked by a two-car traffic accident.
The accident occurred at 11:20 a.m. and involves a red pickup and a white sedan.
Personnel onscene are reporting one of the vehicle's occupants has suffered a shoulder injury.
The vehicles suffered minor to moderate damage.
