Art show begins Friday

Make submissions by Thursday for the Carson Valley Art Association's scholarship fine art show, Friday through Sunday at the CVIC Hall in Minden. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Artists' reception with refreshments is 6-8 p.m. Friday. Entry forms and show rules available in Carson Valley and Carson City galleries or from Ron Clarke, 782-8035.
