Settelmeyer graduates Silver State Excellence in Public Series

Gardnerville resident Sherese Settelmeyer served as president of the 2009 graduating class of the Silver State Excellence in Public Service Series. The graduates represented Nevada April 29 and 30 at the National Excellence in Public Service Series in Washington D.C.

Founded in 2005, the Silver State Series extends offers of acceptance to six outstanding fellows each year. These fellows are exposed to 40 hours of curriculum in addition to joining 200 participants at the National Conference.

Keynote speakers for this year's conference include Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn (R - TN), Congresswoman Lynn Jenkins (R - KS) and David All, CEO and Founder of the David All Group.
