Movie in the park tonight

"The Wizard of Oz" is the free movie in Heritage Park at dusk today. Vendors include Boy Scout Troop 411, Cold Stone Creamery, DHS Music Boosters, Centerfield Sports Bar & Grill. Sertoma bingo

Carson Valley Sertoma community bingo is the first Saturday of the month at the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane, Gardnerville. Doors open at 11 a.m., early bird at 12:30 p.m., regular session at 1 p.m. Progressive blackout on Saturday is $650 with 56 numbers or less. Drawing for raffle prizes. Coffee and popcorn provided. Candy Dance tickets on sale

Mystery writer at book club

Musical theater audition
