Obama has Marxist leanings

One letter today in the writer's "Out Obama" theme, referred to one Frank Davis, whose full name is Frank Marshall Davis (now deceased), and more needs to be said about Davis who mentored young Obama for six to eight years. Davis led a group who openly advocated the violent overthrow of the U.S. government.

I do not know the details of the filing complaint, but F.M. Davis was arrested, tried, and convicted, but saved by the Supreme Court under a ruling that the law under which he was convicted was unconstitutional. He wound up in Hawaii where the white, Marxist grandfather of B.H. Obama put fatherless Obama under the tutelage of F.M. David. Remember if you will that the lessons learned early are the ones that endure and may explain the Marxist leanings of President Obama.

There is one other major item of concern which of course the American Pravda shall never bring to light, and that is by terms of Article II of the U.S. Constitution, B.H. Obama cannot serve as president of this nation. The well thought out provision requires that first, the candidate be born on U.S. soil, and even that requirement may have been violated, but in truth, I do not know that to be a fact.

However, Article II requires that he be a "natural born citizen," and natural born citizens are those born in this country of parents who are citizens (see the Law of Nations, Vattel, 1758 Chapter 19, Section 212). Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen, nor was he an immigrant or permanent resident of the U.S. There is a pending lawsuit titled Kerchner, et al, vs Obama, U.S. Congress et al. This lawsuit shall likely never be heard in a U.S. Federal Court.

The damage that President Obama and his Euro-crat party are doing to our constitutional system becomes more troublesome with each passing day. Well, the voters asked for it.
