Thanks for returning lost library book

EDITOR:

I would like to offer my sincerest thanks to the kind citizen who returned my lost library book right to my front porch. I had a reserve slip from the library in the book which had my name and address on it, so I guess the good samaritan used that to find my home.

I had taken the book with me to read while waiting at the doctor's office and run various other errands around town and did not realize it was missing until much later in the day. I finally realized that I had probably left it on top of my car and it could have fallen anywhere. I retraced my route all through town several times looking for the book, but to no avail. I had given up and decided that I would just need to pay for a new book, but I was mostly upset that I could not read more of the suspenseful story.

Later that evening, I found the missing book placed on my porch. So, thank you, thank you, kind neighbor. I appreciate your time and energy to return the book.
