Accident at Stephanie and Highway 395 being cleared

Emergency personnel are clearing from an accident at Highway 395 and Stephanie Way as of 7:50 a.m.

The accident that sent a small sport utility vehicle into a field resulted in two injuries. One person was taken by ambulance for treatment, a second person was transported by a family member.

We also have reports that the fog along Highway 395 is lifting.

Rescuers are working an injury accident in the northbound lanes at Highway 395 and Stephanie Way. Commuters to Carson should be prepared to slow down in the vicinity.

At least one person is being taken for treatment from the accident.

Heavy fog is obscuring visibility down to a 1/10th of a mile, and a layer of snow has left area highways slick.
