Zephyr Cove Park disc golf course closed in May

Portions of Zephyr Cove Park including the disc golf course will be closed during May to implement a forest fuels reduction project.

An informational meeting to discuss this project will be held 5 p.m. Friday at the Zephyr Cove Library Meeting Room.

Following the meeting participants will be walking the project area and playing the course.

This project is being implemented by the Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District, in cooperation with, Douglas County School District, Douglas County Parks and Recreation and the Tahoe Fire and Fuels Team.
