Annette Lilly and Jim Kent of Gardnerville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Lynn Kent of Sparks, to James Michael Luce, also of Sparks and son of Michael and Catherine Luce of Las Vegas and Sandy Luce of Auburn, Wash. The wedding is planned for Aug. 24 at The Ridge, Tahoe.
The future bride is a 1998 graduate of Douglas High School in Minden and the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2003. She is currently employed as a premiere banker for Wells Fargo Bank, Reno.
The future groom is a 1997 graduate of Green Valley High School in Las Vegas. He is currently employed as a sales consultant for Southern Wine and Spirits in Reno.
