'Northern Nevada Lifestyles' highlights Valley museum

Northern Nevada Lifestyles with Terrie Q. Sayre is at Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center this month.

The show airs Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. on DCCA TV Ch.26 through the end of the month. Coming soon, the channel will switch from 26 to 16 in Carson Valley. You can also view it at 4 a.m. and p.m. and 9 a.m. and p.m. Friday through Sunday. Additionally, the program runs on Lake Tahoe's South Shore cable access channel 19 at various times.

Rich Hodge from the Animal Coalition of Tahoe talks about their pet spay and neuter assistance program and their mid-month fundraising event on Ski Run Boulevard at South Shore.

Grace Bower from Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center discusses various exhibits and all the information and history available when you visit the museum.

Diane B. Patton shares information about the Young at Heart Senior Group fundraiser and how they assist the Douglas County Senior Center.

Finally, local radio station owner Jerry Evans tells about 99.1 FM Talk and AM 1300 KCMY "My Country" and what you'll hear on the stations.
