Lillian F. Witt

1922-2006

Lillian F. Witt, 84, a 14 year resident of Wellington, died Nov. 1, 2006 in Carson City.

Mrs. Witt was born March 16, 1922 in Van Nuys, Calif. to Comer and Alice Tate. She married Rudy Witt, Sept. 4, 1964 in North Hollywood, Calif., living in the Simi Valley, Calif. before moving to Wellington.

She loved to travel and she loved flowers.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband Rudy Witt of Wellington, her sons Asa Garl and wife Cathy of Canby, Ore.; Tim Johnston of Reno; Gary Witt of Tennesse and David Witt of San Francisco; daughters Denise Ann Riley of Oklahoma, Sandra Schroeder and her husband John of Grass Valley, Calif. and Pamela Wilder and her husband Dave of San Clarita, Calif. as well as 13 grandchildren and two great-granchildren.

Arrangements are in the care of Walton's Chapel of the Valley with cremation to take place.

No services are planned and inurnment will be in the Northern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Fernley.
