The Friends of the Douglas County Public Library will hold their annual membership reception on Jan. 28 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Minden library. New officers for 2006 will be elected, board members will discuss the group's accomplishments in 2005, and refreshments will be served.
Come and find out more about the Friends who support the Minden and Zephyr Cove libraries through donations for projects such as the summer reading program, Teen Game Night and the Adult Winter Reading Program.
