Carson's Brandy Reichardt puts in strong effort for UNR at Nebraska swim meet

Carson City's Brandy Reichardt had a strong effort for the University of Nevada women's swim team Friday at the Husker Shootout at Lincoln Nebraska.

Reichardt finished the 50-yard freestyle in 25.10 seconds. The Wolf Pack women trailed Nebraska 122-112 in the six-team event. UNLV stood in third with 90 points.

On the men's side, UNLV was in first place with 116 points, just two points ahead of second place Nebraska, which had 114. The meet continues at 11 a.m. today.
