The south bleachers in the gymnasium at George Whittell High School are original to the building and are part of a $2,172, 280 renovation to the gym, locker rooms and restrooms.
More than $3 million in work at Douglas County’s two major high schools was approved by Douglas County School Board trustees on March 12.
