On 3/7/2024, the Douglas County Board of

Commissioners ADOPTED the following

ordinance:

ORDINANCE: 2024-1634

TITLE: Ordinance 2024-1634, an ordinance

approving a Zoning Map Amendment

(development application DP24-0016)

and Planned Development (PD) Overlay

(development application DP23-0235),

establishing a PD Overlay Zone over an

89.39-acre residential subdivision site and

changing the zoning designation at the site

from A-19 (Agricultural, 19-acre minimum

lot size) to SFR-8,000 (Single Family

Residential, 8,000 square foot minimum lot

size), MFR (Multi-Family Residential), and

PF (Public Facilities) zoning, each within

the PD overlay.

The ordinance shall be in full force and effect

on March 21, 2024 and was adopted by the

following vote: AYE: Wes Rice, Sharla Hales,

Danny Tarkanian, Mark Gardner

NAY: Walt Nowosad
