For all of this century and a slice of the last, the Business Showcase has been one of the most popular events of the year.

“Marking its 26th year, the showcase presents an excellent chance for local businesses to showcase their products and services to a diverse audience of hundreds of attendees, who are eager to explore what Carson Valley has to offer,” Chamber Director Alicia Main said.

With around three dozen different businesses and organizations offering a range of services, the showcase is a means for residents to connect with both.

“It’s remarkable to see the array of services available in Carson Valley, ranging from restaurants to home healthcare, banking, and real estate,” Main said. “It’s a comprehensive destination for all your business and community needs at this landmark 26th annual event.

The Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Showcase is 3-6 p.m. Thursday at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane.

“More than 1,500 consumers come through the event in three hours to visit and see what the latest in products and services are,” according to the Chamber. “Every booth provides a prize for the free raffle, and visitors also get a free entry into the grand prize drawing.”
