Spring Job Fair & Career Expo is Thursday

The Spring 2024 Job Fair & Career Expo, a collaboration between the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce and Douglas County Social Services, is 3-6 p.m. Thursday at the Douglas County Community & Senior Center.

“This event will feature numerous local businesses eager to connect with potential candidates for their current job openings and to discuss career pathways within their organizations,” according to the chamber. “It's an excellent opportunity for job seekers to explore available positions and engage directly with employers in our community.”

 The event is open and free for all job seekers, with specific job opportunities tailored for students, as well as complimentary food and a raffle for attendees.
